1. IntroductionSea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) has high nutritional value and is rich in active substances such as acidic mucopolysaccharides, saponins, and peptides. It is a traditional seafood and an important economic aquatic product in China. The sea cucumber industry has formed a complete supply chain system including seed breeding, aquaculture, processing, warehousing, transport, and sales.
