As an important organic intermediate, cis-5-norbornene-exo-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride (exo-NDA), is widely used in the synthesis of medicine and pesticide. For instance, cis-5-norbornene-exo-2,3-diimide synthesized by the one-step conversion of exo-NDA is the essential intermediate for the synthesis of a series of antipsychotics including lurasidone hydrochloride [1], [2], [3], [4], tandospirone citrate [5], [6] etc.

AbstractAppendiceal neoplasms include a heterogeneous group of epithelial and non-epithelial tumors with varying malignant potential. Despite the rise in incidence of appendiceal neoplasms in recent years, limited progress has been made in the understanding, management and therapeutic treatment. To comprehensively characterize the cell types and molecular mechanisms driving cellular remodeling in epithelial appendiceal neoplasms, we performed an integrated scRNA-seq study.

Abstract:Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images have been extensively used in earthquake monitoring, resource survey, agricultural forecasting, etc. However, it is a challenge to interpret SAR images with severe speckle noise and geometric deformation due to the nature of radar imaging. The translation of SAR-to-optical images provides new support for the interpretation of SAR images.
