This research involves conducting unidirectional axial thermal compression experiments on high-strength titanium-clad steel plates (TCSPs) at different temperatures and strain rates. Thermally compressed samples are evaluated for macromorphology, microstructure, macroscopic texture, and dislocation density. Deformation consistency is observed in α-titanium under certain conditions, but not in β-titanium.

1. IntroductionIn total, about 120 stone tombs with paintings that are dated to the period of the rule by the Goguryeo Kingdom (37 BCE–668 CE), more specifically, from the 4th to 7th century CE, have been found and reported in areas around Ji’an 集安 in the Jilin 吉林 Province of China and Pyongyang on the Korean Peninsula, the capitals of the kingdom (Tongbuga yoksa chaedan 2010; Chon 2004, pp. 91–92) (Figure 1). The ceiling structure is a defining feature of Goguryeo stone tomb construction.

Abstract:The middle class has become an important force in enhancing social cohesion and alleviating the polarisation between the rich and the poor. However, the extent of vulnerability in the middle class is not yet known, especially in developing countries, where a large proportion of middle-income households are still vulnerable and severely vulnerable. This study provides important insights into the middle class and the extent of their vulnerability in developing countries.
