Photocatalytic Dehydrogenative C(sp2)–P Coupling Reaction Between Dibenzo[b,f][1,4]oxazepanes and Phosphine Oxides Visible-light-induced cross-dehydrogenative coupling between heptameric cyclic imine derivatives and di-aryl phosphine oxides has been developed and heptameric cyclic imine phosphate derivatives have been synthesized by using rhodamine B as a photocatalyst.

A simple, efficient and environmentally friendly method is proposed for the synthesis of a series of structurally diverse phosphine-glycine derivatives by direct irradiation of glycine derivatives and diarylphosphine oxides with blue visible light at room temperature using only air (oxygen) as an oxidant. A possible mechanism was also proposed in conjunction with controlled experiments.
