The kindergarten through eighth-grade students showcased different media, such as watercolors, acrylic, markers, glass and musical performances.     IMPERIAL — The Imperial City Council unanimously approved and adopted a sidewalk and maintenance program, which will implement standardized procedures for identifying sidewalk defects to minimize injury risk and maximize accessibility. The process to address any safety risks will include reports and photographs in order to ensure transparency, according to officials. The program was approved at the most recent council meeting on Wednesday, April 2.
