1 IntroductionWhen engineering materials and components are loaded, residual plastic strain can affect the physical and chemical properties of metal, making the performance of metal anisotropic (Chen et al., 2010). Residual strain makes the internal deformation of metal uneven, dislocation, vacancy and other Crystallographic defect increase, and residual internal stress will be generated in the metal (Hanlon et al., 2001).
