IntroductionWith dense population, fertile land, abundant resources, and convenient transportation, the JAC Basin is the coverage area of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, Yangtze River Delta Integration, and Central Plains Economic Zone as well as the main gathering area of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt, which is of great importance in China’s overall socio-economic development.
