High-end sim racing gear usually also means high expenses. Simucube looks to alleviate this somewhat - the Finnish brand introduces Simucube Pre-Owned for refurbished hardware. Sim racing rigs are never truly complete. Even if you think you're all set, there is bound to be another upgrade that will catch your eye, and there always seems to be room for improvement with your peripherals. One of the manufacturers that always comes up in the high-end conversation is Simucube.

Pimax is great at announcing new headsets. I'll be a lot more curious when they actually release this headset which I'll guess is more likely late this year earliest, but very likely sometime in 2026. With regard to a headset in this form factor, the Beyond 2 has the best optics that I've ever seen in a headset of any kind, and it is lighter and the optics are what make or break a headset.

For the first time ever, Sim Gaming Expo is happening in 2025: From September 5 to 7, Schaumburg Renaissance Convention Center in Chicago is going to be all about sim racing, flight sims, and other simulation games – and OverTake is the proud Media Partner of the event. The United States have been waiting for a sim expo for a long time. It is not that often that our favorite hobby comes together in one place, and even less so outside of Europe, it seems.

R5 5600X + RX 7800 XTAfter a little bit of testing... Performance is much improved, no issues with a 20 car grid, maybe dips below 60 at the very beginning, and I went to MSAA 4x this time @ 1440p, no upscaling. I particularly like that in open mode we still have a garage where we can add our favourite & personalized cars. I would like FFB to be a bit more lively with Moza R5, a bit flat with the Pit House settings I use everywhere else.

As F1 25 is getting ready to take to the grid in late May, EA Sports have revealed the game's release timings as well as recommended PC system specs for different resolutions. As Formula One celebrates its 75th birthday looking back at a deep vault of racing history, F1 25 is looking forward instead. The latest - and maybe last - F1 title by EA Sports and Codemasters is set to release on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on May 30, or on May 27 for those who pre-ordered the Iconic Edition.

The next Le Mans Ultimate update is delayed, as Motorsport Games and Studio 397 announced. Instead of May, the new version is set to be launched in time for the 2025 Le Mans 24 Hours. With just two more cars and a track missing, Le Mans Ultimate is one update away from completing its 2024 content. Perhaps more importantly, however, the upcoming version of the official WEC game is set to introduce online driver swaps and team-based play, enabling players to compete in proper endurance events.

Update 0.2 introduced quite a few changes to Assetto Corsa EVO, most notably via the Open and Career Modes. But what's the difference exactly? Always online - two words that gamers and sim racers alike are not exactly fond of.
