2. Results and Discussion 2.1. Matrix EffectThe comprehensive influence of components other than analytes on the measured value of the analyte in the sample is defined as the matrix effect (ME). The ME can suppress or increase the analyte response, which could lead to deviation in the accuracy, precision, and sensitivity of the quantitative method. The ME was usually calculated using the equation ME = (slope of the matrix-matched standard/slope of the solvent standard − 1) × 100%.
