BEIJING, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- More than 20 Chinese listed companies on Sunday announced that they have signed agreements with financial institutions or obtained commitment letters to secure loans for share buybacks and increasing shareholdings. The announcements came after China's central bank launched a special re-lending facility aimed at guiding banks to provide loans to listed companies and their major shareholders for buybacks and increasing shareholdings on Friday.

[한국미디어뉴스통신=신화통신] 상하이증권거래소에 상장한 기업의 올 1분기 총이익이 1조1600억 위안(약 216조9천200억원)으로 집계됐다. 21일 상하이증권거래소에 따르면 해당 기간 이들 상장사의 매출은 11조9천100억 위안(2천227조1천700억원)에 달했다. 총 1천702개의 상장사 중 931개 상장사의 매출이 전년 동기 대비 증가한 것으로 나타났으며 903개 기업의 모기업 주주 귀속 순익 역시 지난해 같은 기간보다 확대됐다. 특히 자동차, 바이오 의료, 기계 설비, 전자 등 선진 제조업 분야의 상장사가 양호한 실적을 기록했다. 이같은 증가세는 해외 시장 확대, 강한 시장 수요, 신제품 연구개발(R&D), 생산라인의 디지털·스마트화 업그레이드에 기인한 것으로 분석된다.

BEIJING, May 11 (Xinhua) -- Companies listed on China's "new third board," a financing platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), have reported revenue growth for three consecutive years. A total of 5,926 listed companies posted combined revenue of 1.57 trillion yuan (over 220 billion U.S. dollars) in 2023, up 3.08 percent year on year, according to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ).

[한국미디어뉴스통신=신화통신] 올 1~2월 베이징증권거래소에서 6천730억 위안(약 124조5천50억원)의 국채가 발행된 것으로 나타났다. 지방채 발행 규모는 약 500억 위안(9조2천500억원)으로 집계됐다. 베이징증권거래소에 따르면 2월에만 국채 3천120억 위안(57조7천200억원), 지방채 161억 위안(2조9천785억원)이 각각 발행됐다. 주식 거래액은 1천458억6천만 위안(26조9천841억원)에 달했다. 지난 21일 기준 베이징증권거래소에 상장된 회사는 245개였다. 이들 기업의 시가총액은 3천740억 위안(69조1천900억원)을 기록했다.

[한국미디어뉴스통신=신화통신] 지난달 31일 기준 4개 기업을 제외한 상하이증권거래소 상장사 2천248곳의 올 3분기 보고서가 공개됐다. 상하이증권거래소는 보고서를 통해 상하이 증시 상장사의 경영 실적이 전반적으로 제한적 회복 국면으로 들어섰고 여러 업종과 지표에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다고 밝혔다.
