    A woman in her 30s presented with progressive, multiple itchy erythematous to violaceous papules and plaques localized to the left shin for more than 10 years (Figure, A and B). On close inspection, milia and a few erosions with partially detached epidermis were identified. There were no abnormalities of the mucous membranes, nails, hair, or teeth. No extracutaneous involvement was observed. A, Multiple pruritic erythematous to violaceous lichenified papules and plaques on the left shin.
