1 Introduction Endometrial cancer (EC) is a highly prevalent form of gynecological malignancy, accounting for over 4 10 000 new diagnoses and 9 7000 deaths globally in 2020.[1, 2] Effective and specific biomarkers for EC require in-depth investigation given their uncertainty and elusiveness. Currently, the main treatment options for EC patients include surgical resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy.

1. IntroductionAscorbic acid (AsA) is a natural water-soluble vitamin (Vitamin C) that is involved in the prevention of humans from various oxidative stress-related diseases [1,2,3,4]. Humans cannot synthesize AsA because the L-gulono-1,4-lactone oxidase is non-functional in the AsA biosynthesis pathway [5]. Plant foods are the main source of AsA for humans in their diet because humans cannot synthesize AsA [6,7,8].

Fungal disease, mainly caused by Alternaria alternata infection, can generate severe economic losses and health hazards. However, rapid nucleic acid test without nonspecific reaction still remains challenging. Here, we reported the hydrogel digital loop-mediated isothermal amplification (HdLAMP) with suppressed nonspecific amplification for rapid diagnosis of fungi in fresh fruits. The introduction of hydrogel offered a simple platform to achieve absolute quantification.

1. IntroductionBreast cancer is the most prevalent cancer among women globally and remains a leading cause of death, despite advances in therapies [1]. The high mortality rate is mainly attributed to distant metastases. To address this, accurate and reliable disease monitoring is needed to detect metastasis early and allow for intervention. Current methods for monitoring metastasis such as imaging and tumor markers lack sensitivity and specificity.
