Chimeric antigen receptor - CARWe read with great interest the article by Xiaojie Liang et al entitled ‘Characteristics of second primary malignancies following bispecific antibodies therapy’.1 The authors should be congratulated for addressing an understudied yet clinically consequential safety issue as bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) transition from early-phase trials to routine practice.
