Development of a novel Eu2+ activated oxonitridosilicate cyan phosphor for enhancing the color quality of violet-chip-based white LED Cyan phosphor is urgently needed to fill the cyan gap and improve the spectral continuity of white light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to cater to the high criteria for high-quality lighting.
