2. Materials and Methods 2.1. ParticipantsThe setting was a primary care clinic-based study in southern Taiwan. We recruited participants aged 50–80 years from August 2020 to October 2020 who had received the diagnosis of T2DM more than 1 year before the study’s initiation.
