1. IntroductionSuperhydrophobic materials are characterized by surfaces that exhibit water contact angles greater than 150° and rolling angles less than 10°. Because of their superior water resistance, superhydrophobic materials have attracted more and more attention. Superhydrophobic materials have a wide range of applications in self-cleaning [1,2,3], anti-corrosion [2,4,5], anti-icing [6,7,8], and water/oil separation.
