In the Research Article “Ciliopathy patient variants reveal organelle-specific functions for TUBB4B in axonemal microtubules”, (26 April 2024, eadq2178), the original upper Tubb4b+/+ panel in Fig. 2G was labeled as “testes” but erroneously depicted the adjacent epididymal tubules from the same section of the same control animal. In the revised figure, this has been corrected; the upper panel of Fig. 2G now depicts testes of the Tubb4b+/+ control animal.
