1 Introduction Electrochromic (EC) materials reversibly change their colors and optical states in response to an applied electric potential. EC devices are commonly utilized as smart windows in buildings, airplanes, and automobiles, for energy consumption management, architectural aesthetics, information display, variable-reflectance regulation, and so on.[1-5] EC materials can be roughly categorized into organic and inorganic ones.
