AbstractOvarian function suppression (OFS) benefits young women with hormone receptor (HR)-positive breast cancer but they are at risk for ovarian function breakthrough. We assessed endocrine effects of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) treatment in a prospective cohort of patients aged ≤ 40 years with HR-positive breast cancer. Plasma estradiol (E2), estrone, and follicule-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels were measured from blood samples drawn 1 and 4 years after diagnosis.

最近关于上海车展的报道比较多，又正值第23个世界知识产权日，作者想起了2015年代理的一起个人状告一家知名车企的中国服务有限公司在网络上使用的PPT内容侵犯了其专利说明书和摘要的著作权的案子。 案件背景 该个人之前已基于该《XXXX介绍》PPT文档及该车企在中国的官网向江苏省知识产权局提交了专利侵权纠纷处理请求书，声称若干家汽车4S店侵犯了其200810237863.5号名称为《汽车智能温控进气隔栅》的发明专利。几家汽车4S店遂向国家知识产权局专利复审委员会提交了无效宣告请求书并向江苏省知识产权局提交了中止审理请求书，江苏省知识产权局作出了中止审理的决定。由于不具备创造性该专利已被国家知识产权局专利复审委员会宣告无效。该个人转而提起著作权侵权诉讼。经过信息检索、网络调查、案例研判，被告重点从两个方面进行了答辩。 一、答辩人没有实施原告主张的侵权行为，不是本案的适格被告 1涉案《XXXX介绍》PPT文档作者与答辩人没有关系...

The present study comprehensively discusses the behavior, design and potential application of a novel superelastic shape memory alloy (SMA) cable-restrained laminated natural rubber (SMA-LNR) bearing. The study commences with a brief introduction of the working principle, and then a quasi-static test on an individual bearing specimen is presented.

AbstractExtended adjuvant endocrine therapy (eET) improves outcomes in breast cancer survivors. Most studies however have been limited to postmenopausal women, and optimal eET for young survivors is uncertain. We report eET use among participants in the Young Women’s Breast Cancer Study (YWS), a multicenter prospective cohort of women age ≤40 newly diagnosed with breast cancer enrolled between 2006–2016.
