1 Introduction With the increase of mining depth and mining intensity, the coal burst disaster faced by deep mines is becoming more and more serious. One of the main causes of coal burst is the high stress on coal [1-4]. The existing means of coal burst prevention are mainly divided into regional prevention technologies and local pressure relief technologies [5]. Local pressure relief methods mainly include coal seam water injection, large-diameter drilling pressure relief, and so on [6].
