Abstract:Volatiles are important quality components in tea (Camellia sinensis) flowers. Albino tea plants are mutant tea plants with diverse abnormal metabolisms. However, whether the metabolisms of volatiles in tea flowers from albino cultivars are abnormal remains unclear.
