Temperature Self-Compensation Thin Film Strain Gauges Based on nano-SiO2/AgNPs Composite Thin film strain gauges (TFSGs) with temperature-insensitive properties are expected to be applied in industrial critical components. There are few reports on near-zero temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) micro-strain sensors fabricated in situ on metal pieces. In this study, a functional ink consisting of AgNPs and nano-SiO2 particles was developed.
