Preliminary establishment and evaluation of a rapid detection method for GII human norovirus based on time-resolved fluorescence chromatography Human norovirus is the leading cause of non-bacterial gastroenteritis worldwide in all age groups. In this study, a rapid, high-sensitivity and quantitative detection method for VP1 protein of norovirus GII was developed based on time-resolved fluorescence microsphere immunochromatography.

Optimal probe states and measurements are always required to achieve the best estimation precision in quantum metrology. In the actual physical environment, ubiquitous noise hinders estimation precision and amplifies the challenges of optimizing the probe states and measurements. In this study we extend a theoretical proposal, presented in Phys. Rev. A 103, 032615 (2021), to encompass noisy general Pauli channels for SU(2) phase estimation.
