    1. IntroductionDue to China’s industrial and energy structure, the rapid economic growth has consumed a large amount of energy, which is also accompanied by high CO2 emissions. From 1990 to 2020, the share of global CO2 emissions in China increased from 10% to 30.7% [1]. On a per capita basis, China’s per capita carbon emissions exceeded the world average in 2010 and were around 6.4 tons per capita in 2020, ranking around 15th in the world [2].
