Sabrina Carpenter is the queen of the coffee tie-in. The Grammy Award-winning singer of 2024’s song of the summer—if not the whole year—Espresso has collaborated on coffee ice cream, a coffee pop-up with Verve, even a coffee perfume. Which, if I write a song with over two billion spins on Spotify and another 377 million on YouTube, you better believe I’m cashing in on even the most loosely-related word associations that I can.

Almost overnight, Justin Vernon’s falsetto became the soundtrack of specialty coffee shops across the country. Skinny Love for skinny lattes. And now, Millennial ennui is back in and so too is Bon Iver.

With the threat of climate change ever-looming over the coffee industry, Stenophylla is of particular interest. Populations of the coffee species were originally discovered—or rediscovered—in Sierra Leone in 2019 by Dr. Aaron Davis of Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and Dr. Jeremy Haggar of the University of Greenwich, which had not been seen in the wild since 1954.

Nico at the parade after bringing a Luka-less title to Dallas https://t.co/D4L18BDQqD

I hope the heat from Luka torching them literally makes Nico disintegrate End Game style.
