As of this week, the Ford Motor Company has issued both a stop-sale notice and a formal recall for the Mustang Mach-E SUV because the doors might get stuck shut. Nearly every Mach-E sold in the U.S. over the vehicle's lifespan is subject to the the recall, National Highway Transportation Safety Administration documents reveal. According to the filing, the recall covers 197,432 vehicles, with build dates from early 2020 to June 2025.

The VW Taos is Volkswagen’s smallest SUV in the U.S., and the AWD version is definitely the one to get. Every Taos comes with a 1.5-liter turbo-four, but only the AWD ones come with an independent rear suspension design, while FWD models have a torsion-beam design. That means the AWD versions ride and handle better. The Taos is also one of the few small SUVs that with a conventional transmission, in this case an 8-speed automatic.
