The Kelly Cup is set to be awarded for the 95th time this weekend at the Prince George Golf and Curling Club. The annual bonspiel is one of the longest running curling events in the province, and is a staple in the Prince George community.

The Canadian Mental Health Association's Push-Up Challenge is back for another year! Over the course of 18 days, between February 11 and 28, participants are challenged to complete 2000 pushups representing the number of lives lost to suicide per day, worldwide. The goal is to boost mental health across the country and raise some funds for CMHA programs. Elaine from CMHA stopped by to talk more about the challenge, and we kick off the challenge with some folks around the CKPG office.
