The St. Louis Cardinals are bound to run into some roster shakeup this season. They're winning, but it's unclear if they'll be buyers, sellers, or somewhere in the middle at the trade deadline this season. The New Orleans Saints have been through quite a wild offseason already. They went through the process of hiring Kellen Moore as the team's new head coach. But that was just the beginning. St. Louis is likely still deciding whether it should buy or sell at the deadline, but the reality likely lies somewhere in the middle. Scott Plaza of Redbird Rants recently called 27-year-old outfielder Matt Koperniak an expendable asset and predicted the Cardinals would try to use him as trade bait this season.
