Now that the Tennessee Vols have advanced past the Knoxville Regional, via a thrilling win against Wake Forest in the final, the attention for UT turns to their Super Regional showdown in Fayetteville against the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Vols haven't won a series in Fayetteville since 2001. They'll have to find a way to end that streak if they're going to return to the College World Series for the third straight year.

A former Tennessee Vols defensive back is reportedly receiving some first team reps during NFL minicamp this week. According to reporter Andy Herman, former Tennessee cornerback Kamal Hadden received some first reps with the Green Bay Packers on Tuesday. Hadden was in position to receive first team reps due to starter Nate Hobbs, who signed a four-year deal with the Packers earlier this offseason, being out for personal reasons.

Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide had an incredible run of success from 2007 to 2023. Saban and the Tide won six national championships, nine SEC championships, and 14 SEC West division titles. Just an insane run that will likely never be matched. While Saban’s Alabama teams achieved remarkable success, there's one SEC feat that only Steve Spurrier and the Florida Gators managed to accomplish. Florida won four straight SEC Championships from 1993 to 1996.

One of the big heroes of the Tennessee Vols' 11-5 win against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons in the Knoxville Regional final on Monday night was Volunteers LHP Liam Doyle. Doyle basically begged to pitch against Wake Forest on Monday night despite throwing 104 pitches on Friday night in the Vols' win against Miami (OH). And the New Hampshire native was terrific, pitching 2.1 shutout innings to preserve the win for Tennessee.

Of course money plays a factor. But where and how it ranks as a factor is different for every athlete. Every single situation is unique. It’s not black and white. And speculating on how much of a factor it is for a player is a waste of time. Only that athlete truly knows anyway.

Miami fans went insane yesterday because NIL played a part in Jackson Cantwell's recruitment and we spoke about it. Here's a clip from the 10-minute rant I had about it on today's show. https://t.co/n292PgtoHa

This is such a dumb take. And not bc I care about arguing about the status of Vandy or UT as baseball programs, but bc we should want these series to be intense rivalries. That’s exactly what makes college sports so great/compelling. Why would you want to diminish that aspect?

Not a rivalry https://t.co/EBBol7TMpM

One of the wildest stunt doubles of all time 😂

"And now give it some razzle dazzle." Looking back on this hilarious commercial with Michael Jordan and his mom as we celebrate Mother's Day 😂 MJ learned from the best! https://t.co/syCQl1N9rB
