Yesterday, we reported on actors using Russian IP addresses to breach the National Labor Relations Board immediately after DOGE engineers obtained "God-tier" access. According to whistleblower Daniel Berulis the intruders used newly created DOGE credentials and techniques “consistent with sophisticated Russian intelligence operations.” His claims are supported by cybersecurity experts.

He is reportedly one of 278 men with no criminal records who were in the U.S. illegally. Concerns were raised about due process, human rights, and a potential conflict between the executive branch and the Supreme Court regarding his return. It was mentioned that a withholding of removal order had previously been in place for Mr. Garcia due to safety concerns in El Salvador.

Following up on his startling revelations today about how DOGE engineers accessed MLRB databases without authority, and that Russian IP addresses were used with recently created user IDs and passwords to access them, Daniel Berulis— speaking through his lawyer—followed up with a new bombshell that DOGE systems “were also connected to Starlink”. Bakaj claims that the Department of Defense had stopped using Starlink because it’s viewed as a “direct pipeline” to Russia.
