Materials and methodsIn total, 57 cases of NPC tissues and 38 cases of normal nasopharyngeal inflammatory epithelial tissues were collected for immunohistochemical detection of FOXA1 and PD-L1 expression. All patients received an informed written consent prior to the surgery. Detailed clinical pathologic information of all patients is presented in online supplemental table S1.
