1. IntroductionAccording to the 28th report of the World Centre for Fire Statistics (CTIF) [1], the number of fires around the world is significant, resulting in a large number of deaths and injuries. Worldwide, more than 1.1 million people were victims of 104 million fires in the last 28 years.
