1. IntroductionWith the increase in human space activities, the number of non-cooperative space objects such as defunct satellites and spacecraft debris continues to rise, significantly impacting the utilization of orbital resources and the space operational environment [1,2,3]. Active debris removal (ADR) technology involves the use of tools like robotic arms to repair and clean up space debris, effectively reducing the generation of space debris.
