    2. Experimental Section 2.1. Synthesis of Cu/MnO2 CatalystThe Cu-doped MnO2 catalysts were prepared by a hydrothermal method, as schematically illustrated in Figure 1a. In a typical synthesis, 400 mL of deionized water was added in a beaker and stirred at 400 rpm, and then 30 g of KMnO4 (Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co., Shanghai, China) and 10 g of MnSO4∙H2O (Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co., Shanghai, China) were introduced and allowed to react for half an hour.

    Ferrocene (Fc) and Fc derivatives have gained popularity in recent years due to their unique structure and characteristics. Among Fc's diverse performances, photothermal conversion, as a primary source of energy conversion, has sparked substantial study attention. This review summaries Fc and Fc derivatives with photothermal characteristics, as well as their applications developed recently. First, methods for the synthesis of Fc-based materials are systematically discussed.

    CO2 generated amorphous metal organic frameworks for efficient CO2 conversion A feasible method to capture and utilize post-combustion CO2 is a challenging task to mitigate the adverse effects on excessive CO2 emission. Herein, we demonstrate a series of new-fabricated CO2-based metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) for CO2 solidification and utilization.
