1. IntroductionSoybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) is one of the most economically and nutritionally valuable crops in the world [1]. It is also the main source of protein in animal feed, as it is composed of essential amino acids and energy. About 70% of the protein consumed comes from soybean; thus, it plays an important role in the feed market [2].
