Participants and study design This multicentre, single-arm, open-label clinical trial was carried out at five tertiary hospitals in China. It was planned to enrol 50 cases aged 12–65 years. In addition, based on the characteristics of the disease, and with reference to the previous study,16 the proportion of adolescents (12–17 years old) was required to account for at least 16%–30% in this study. Patients with moderate or severe haemophilia A were enrolled from May 2017 to October 2019.
