Across the country this morning, men and women in every region and every state are rising to grow the food, fiber and renewable fuel Americans depend on. Most of them have been working for hours before sunup, and many will be working still as the sun dips below the horizon this evening. The days are long on the farm, and the work is hard. Farmers and ranchers don’t shy away from a hard day’s work, though.

By Zippy DuvallI love springtime on the farm. Everything is fresh and green. Everywhere you look, you see life. It’s a time of renewal, of regeneration. Farmers and ranchers understand it can take generations to build something that lasts. For example, when I look over my own land, I can see the decades of hard work my grandfather and father poured into this farm — where there were once ditches and gullies, there are now rolling green hills. Those who came before me understood that their efforts weren’t just for themselves, but for the generations to come.

.@FarmBureau appreciates President Trump's 90-day pause on reciprocal tariffs for dozens of America’s trading partners. We encourage the administration to swiftly resolve trade disputes & pursue strategies to ensure American farmers can continue to feed families at home & abroad.

.@FarmBureau encourages the administration to work toward a swift resolution to trade disagreements to avoid tariffs that put farmers and ranchers in the crosshairs of retaliation, and to pursue strategies that expand market opportunities.
