This retrospective, observational investigation was designed to assess the safety and efficacy of Eltrombopag in patients with refractory CTD-ITP. Ethical approval was obtained from the medical ethics research committee of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, with a waiver for informed consent. The trial registration number is NCT06458803.
