2. Materials and Methods 2.1. Ethics StatementThis project collected biopsy specimens from participants undergoing scheduled colonoscopies at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney, Australia from 2020 to 2023. Human research ethics (2019/ETH00301) and governance (2019/STE10535) approval was obtained from the Northern Sydney Local Health District. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
