2CC is an AM radio station located in Canberra, Australia. It started its broadcasts in 1975 on the frequency of 1210 kHz, before switching to 1206 kHz in 1978. The station is co-owned by Capital Radio Network and Grant Broadcasters, both of which are regional radio operators.

A 24-year-old man from Kaleen has faced court for two incidents of aggravated animal cruelty. In June 2024, ACT Policing’s Rural Patrol team received a referral from NSW Police Rural Crime investigators in relation to two videos of the 24-year-old man allegedly committing animal cruelty offences. As a result of this referral ACT Policing commenced a joint investigation with ACT Parks and Conservation into the two incidents that were allegedly committed in April 2024.

A 22-year-old woman has faced court after allegedly failing to stop for police and causing a collision in Kambah. About 4pm Wednesday, 30 April 2025, police were conducting traffic enforcement along Sulwood Drive when they detected a black Hyundai i30 travelling at 99km/h in an 80km/h zone. Police directed the driver to stop but they refused and drove away.

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to dangerous driving in Gungahlin after a 53-year-old man was charged with failing to stop for police last week. About 7:10pm last Friday (2 May 2025), officers from Gungahlin Station were conducting patrols when they saw a grey Holden Captiva SUV driving dangerously on Horse Park Drive. Police activated their lights and sirens but the driver of the Holden failed to stop, and continued driving along Horse Park Drive onto Gecko Way in Thorsby.
