987, previously known as Perfect Ten 98.7FM until June 26, 2005, is Singapore's first radio station dedicated to playing English music around the clock. Operated by Mediacorp Radio, it features a mix of popular hits from Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, and various other countries. 987FM stands out as the only contemporary hit radio station on the FM band in Singapore. It first went on air as Perfect Ten 98.7FM at midnight on New Year's Day in 1989, making history as the first 24-hour English music station in the country. The station is now located at the Mediacorp Campus in Mediapolis. Its tagline is "Singapore's #1 Hit Music Station."
