Etihad Airways has unveiled its new luxury experience for short and medium-haul routes, with its all-new Airbus A321LR offering first-class suites, lie-flat business class, and next-generation economy seats. The airline has strived to achieve widebody levels of comfort in a narrowbody aircraft. Etihad’s first A321LR enters service on 1st August 2025, with 10 aircraft joining the fleet this year.

China Southern Airlines has appointed international design agency, Tangerine, to design the cabin interiors for its next-generation wide-body and narrow-body flagship aircraft. As part of its ongoing fleet modernisation programme, China Southern Airlines is introducing new A350-900 and A321NX aircraft, which will serve as the carrier’s flagships. Tangerine is designing the interiors of 10 A350-900s and 20 new-generation A321NX aircraft for China Southern.
