    Andrew “Andy” Morton was born on Aug. 14, 1953, in Atlanta, Ga., the eldest of three sons to Seena and Ellis Morton. He passed away peacefully on April 11, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. Andy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in 1973, completing his undergraduate studies in just three years. He went on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978.
