Hello! I'm Ayngelina, and I'm excited to introduce you to Bacon is Magic! While I may not see myself as particularly adventurous, my journey has definitely been filled with experiences. A decade ago, I made a bold choice to leave behind a relationship and a job in advertising. I bought a one-way ticket to Mexico, setting out on a career break to explore the world. At that time, I didn't know Spanish and was unsure of my destination. Eventually, this website evolved into my full-time role as editor and publisher. Alongside sharing my favorite culinary delights from around the globe, I also lead a small team of talented contributors who offer their delicious insights on food and culture.
