Beeld

Beeld is a daily newspaper published in Afrikaans, first hitting the stands on September 16, 1974. It is available in four South African provinces: Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and North West. The name Beeld translates to "The Image" in English. Prior to its daily format, Beeld was also an Afrikaans-language Sunday newspaper that was released in the late 1960s.
