It focuses on creating a community centered on topics like Internet Infrastructure, the effects of Broadband, Smart Cities, and Rural Telecom. We offer unbiased news and expert insights on these areas. Our name comes from the Broadband Breakfast Club we started in 2008, and we are currently working on reviving a series of broadband-related events, set to relaunch in September 2019.

The bill’s author, Assemblymember Tasha Boerner, D-Encinitas, also serves as chair of the committee that will preside over the hearing. Boerner’s office told Broadband Breakfast there is no public witness list or testimony available at this time.
