Respected sir, My one of the client having hotel, there charges GST on there outward service @ 5%.. If any hotel industry tax has been paid @ 5%, the ITC on any goods or services are not allowed. But as per notification number 09/2024 dated 10th oct 2024. RCM rent paid. Can this RCM on rent paid are allowed as a ITC in GST to hotel industry?

we file income tax return fy 2006-2007.we have all also form 16 available. but tds benefits not given by department what can do ? demand raise by deparment ? How to remove demand / or any other suggestion please provide With reference of the above said subject matter, in Assessment year 2007-08, assesse claimed the TDS amount of Rs. 6,73,200/- in their Income Tax return. In said period, TDS was deducted by Deducter. on rent but no credit was given by AO in assessment dated 12-Nov-2008.
