The program welcomes village residents to register their properties by pledging not to mow in May.     The Village of Homer has announced the date and details for its upcoming Amnesty Day. The village’s Amnesty Day will be on Saturday (April 26) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the compost site at North Fulton Street. Only village residents are allowed to participate in the drop-off.
