This ground beef and broccoli recipe will add bold flavor to your busy weeknights. It’s an easy meal that’s ready in 25 minutes, and a great way to get your family to enjoy broccoli! My self proclaimed broccoli hater actually asked for seconds, so this flavorful dish is going on our regular menu rotation. 😊We love Chinese food at our house, but take-out can be so expensive, especially when you have a large family like I do.

These chewy cherry chip cookies are loaded with juicy maraschino cherries and two kinds of chocolate chips. If you love cherry cordials, you need to try these cookies! The red cherries make these the perfect cookies for Valentine’s Day or a Christmas cookie exchange, but they can definitely be enjoyed all year long. Opinions about maraschino cherries are split at my house. Some of my kids hate them, some like them, my husband and I love them.

White chocolate chip brownies are the perfect brownie for white chocolate lovers! You can’t beat rich, fudgy brownies studded with sweet morsels. You are about 45 minutes away from pure chocolate bliss, and you don’t even need an electric mixer. Just one bowl, a whisk, and a spatula! When it comes to chocolate desserts, warm brownies are at the top of my list.

These Ground Beef Enchiladas are loaded with meat, cheese, and black beans. A simple homemade sauce makes them extra tasty, and they are so easy to whip up!We are big fans of Mexican food around here. We eat some variety of Mexican food at least once a week. Sometimes at restaurants, but usually just sitting around the dinner table. My whole family gets excited when I serve these ground beef black bean enchiladas. They are an adaptation of a recipe I got from my mom over two decades ago.
