Brussels Airlines had already rebranded in 2021 with a new logo and colour scheme, but it still felt distant and corporate, which was in contrast to the warm and welcoming experience aboard the aircraft. It also didn't feel distinctive in this crowded space where many airlines have a similar look and feel.
